Rich Weitzman of Colliers has represented a private seller in the sale of a former Cadillac dealership along Route 202 (1546 – 1550 Wilmington Pike) in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.

The buyer, Mercedes-Benz of West Chester will utilize the 2.5 acre, 15,000 square foot facility for satellite sales and service in association with its primary location at 1260 Wilmington Pike, approximately 1.5 miles to the North along West Chester’s auto row.

Karmar Realty represented Mercedes-Benz in the transaction.
