This union, which became official January 11, 2021, expands the firm’s footprint within the Greater Philadelphia region and further strengthens its ability to service the more complex, investor-friendly title work niche market. Over the years, Acro has become well known as a boutique firm specializing in transactions that are often complicated by judgments, foreclosures and other deed-related issues. The team will join NITA’s more than 40 specialists and together, they will provide comprehensive, quality title services for residential and commercial clients. Through this acquisition, the South Jersey based company, which already has a satellite office at 1500 Walnut Street, will add a second location in the city at 2930 Jasper Street, Philadelphia, PA.
