Colliers is pleased to announce the recent multifamily investment sale of the Marr Apartment portfolio - three residential apartment complexes individually known as the Briar Manor, Mulberry Hill, and Mifflin Manor Apartments. Together, the aggregated 97 units of two and three bedrooms with garages clustered in and around Berwick, PA of western Luzerne County recently closed in simultaneous purchases by a private investor based in Florida with similar holdings in Northeastern PA. At an occupancy over 95%, the portfolio was sold on behalf of Nancy Marr by Jeff Algatt, a Senior Vice President of the Colliers Investment Sales group.
