Atilis Gym to Replace Tilton Fitness in Galloway Township

Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful lease at 323 S. Pitney Road, Galloway, NJ. The +/-26,000 SF open-air style fitness facility includes three levels of weightlifting equipment, cardio machines, and training rooms. Atilis Gym will stay true to its “hardcore” traditions while integrating modern improvements to create an overall full-body gym experience. This new location is just minutes from the Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway.

Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor, and Ken Richardson, Senior Advisor at Vantage Commercial, worked with the landlord, Gormet Land LLC, and tenant to help facilitate a transaction. Chris Lambert of Atilis Gym had to adapt his facility’s policies to operate in safe conditions during the pandemic. Ownership commanded Giletto and Richardson’s ingenuity in negotiating and finalizing a lease that allows him to enter the market and adapt to evolving COVID regulations.

Atilis Gym at Galloway is set to open its doors on December 21, 2020 at 5:00 AM. The grand opening will showcase fitness demonstrations and a local radio station will be on site for the festivities.
