Jeff Heller, Managing Director for Avison Young New Jersey, announced that Paul Errigo has been promoted to Senior Associate.

Errigo joined the Avison Young team in 2017 as an Associate and has been a vital part of the sales and leasing team’s continued growth. He has spent most of that time on the Occupier Solutions team of Tom Giannone, Ron Ganter and Ed English. In recent years the group has completed more than 260 transactions in more than 60 markets with a value of more than $560 million. Errigo has been a key contributor to the team as support for business development, transaction management and market research.

In addition, Errigo has been instrumental in many company-wide initiatives. He has been successful in cross-selling and promoting collaboration of the many Avison Young service lines. He has been featured as a Panel Speaker for the company’s annual meeting to discuss successful collaborations between Project Management and Transaction Management. He was also integral in assisting Avison Young’s research team in building a proprietary internal property database platform.

Errigo was previously part of the firm’s “Emerging Leaders” affinity group as the Ambassador to the New Jersey office. The program is a key component of the overall Avison Young University proprietary training and mentoring program and creates an open and collaborative environment for selected young Avison Young professionals to trade best practices and support one another in their growth and development at the firm.

Errigo graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a Marketing degree, where he was a member of the Marketing Association, Finance Society, Entrepreneurship Club and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He has also done volunteer work with Relay for Life & Save the Storks Foundation.
