Neighborhood Retail Center Is Located on White Horse Pike

Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce the sale of a multi-tenant retail strip center, Columbia Centre, located at 700 S White Horse Pike, Somerdale, New Jersey. Earlier this year Vantage Commercial facilitated the lease of the only remaining vacancy, an end-cap unit, to Kenney Law resulting in a fully occupied shopping center. Kenney Law joined other service retail tenants Fast Track and Golden Nails. Once the site became fully occupied, Vantage Commercial, representing the seller, presented the opportunity to the existing tenants in the building, and one of the tenants opted to purchase the building.

Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations, and Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, represented the seller, Michael Sherman, in this transaction.

The approximately 6,500 SF neighborhood retail center was built in 2003 by Wenric Properties, LLC and sold in November 2020 to KJL Properties LLC.
