JRM Construction Management New Jersey, LLC, (JRM) is proud to announce the completion of an extensive 12,000 SF interior and exterior renovation at 371 Hoes Lane in Piscataway, NJ. JRM was retained as general contractor by real estate company, Greenway Properties, LLC, to transform 371 Hoes Lane, a 3-story complex, into a modern Class-A office building.

The project entailed giving the three-story lobby and atrium a major facelift. This included the installation of a new insulated glass storefront and suspended LED ring chandeliers with custom configuration. New state-of-the-art amenities were also constructed including a reception and waiting area with custom millwork and grey porcelain floor tiles, grab-and-go food café with banquette and booth seating, serving station and coffee bar, and a fully equipped fitness center with men’s and women’s locker rooms.

The exterior of the building had a full refresh including new pendant & accent lighting at front and back entrances, sidewalks, and inset landscaping and irrigation.

The project’s consultants include project architect, Marner Architectural, AMA Consulting Engineers as the MEPS Engineer, Lighting Design by Ning Lighting and Food Service Consultant, Raymond/Raymond Associates.
