Industry veteran brings 25 years of experience to the office leasing team

JLL today announced that industry veteran Larry Martin has joined the firm’s East Rutherford New Jersey office as an executive vice president on the office leasing team.

Martin, who joins JLL from Newmark Knight Frank, has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a broad client list including law firms, medical and life sciences entities and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Martin was a top producing broker at Grubb & Ellis. He has been named to the Real Estate New Jersey’s Top 40 under 40 list and was the recipient of the RexCorp’s development deal of the year award, among other recognitions.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration from Rutgers University.
