In the first of two new locations, Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President, Brett Davidoff, represented both parties in the long term lease negotiations for a new Smoothie King site in Voorhees, New Jersey. Within the 7,600 square foot strip center other tenants include Four Eyes and Victoria’s Nails & Spa. Davidoff worked hand-in-hand with the tenant, a Smoothie King franchisee, and landlord, Voorhees Center LLC. This is not the first or the last location owned by this franchisee in South Jersey and Pennsylvania. Currently they are working with Rose Commercial for another planned location in West Berlin, New Jersey.

The tenant adds to the number of current franchise sites including those in Marlton and Delran as well as across the river in Pennsylvania. Located within the 9,600 square foot strip center at 301 Route 73 North in West Berlin, this Smoothie King will join Jefferson Health and Happy Mani-Pedi amid the highly trafficked corridor. Surrounding the site are other large scale retail, such as a Walmart Supercenter and the ShopRite of Berlin, plus many restaurants and other local amenities. Davidoff represented the tenant in the negotiations with landlord, InterState Commercial Real Estate.

In a deal that involved the relocation of a Cherry Hill landmark, Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President, Brett Davidoff, represented both parties in the negotiation of a 2,500 square foot retail storefront at 2097 Route 70 East. The site will be the new home of Morton & Rudolph Jewelers, a 40+ year old local business previously located at the corner of Route 70 and Springdale Road. Now within the Liberty Bell Shopping Center, the jeweler looks to make good use of the expanded space and its single-floor accessibility. This is not the first deal Rose Commercial has completed with Mitchell Riback of Clover Shopping Center LLC, the landlord of the strip center at the cross roads of Cherry Hill and Marlton. Said Davidoff, “It is always great to work with professionals and this deal had some of the finest. Not only do Mitchell and I have a strong relationship, but add in Morton & Rudolph owners, Jack and Sharon DeAngelis, and it was a win-win-win for all. A true pleasure.”
