Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, an affiliate of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned firm in North America with offices internationally, has selected Lee Fittipaldi as Principal. Fittipaldi brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm and was formerly Associate Vice President for JLL.

In his new role, Mr. Fittipaldi will focus on the sale and leasing of warehouse/industrial properties located throughout the central Pennsylvania region. This will include initiating and strengthening relationships with individual property owners, private equity investment groups and institutional owners, as well as seeking out end-users in this product category. Mr. Fittipaldi with will also leverage existing and forge new contacts within the commercial real estate brokerage community.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fittipaldi has completed transactions valued at more than $250 million, including the 1.2 million square foot tenant representation of Mattel and the Agency representation of Kimberly Clark for 744,880 square feet of space. He will work with the existing industrial sales and leasing team at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania consisting of Kimberly Jacobsen, Brian Knowles and John Van Buskirk.

In addition to working with JLL, Mr. Fittipaldi worked as an Asset Management Analyst for Endurance Real Estate Group and a Landscape Architect for McCloskey & Faber and P.E.L.A. Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
