The brokerage assisted Ivory Edwards, shop owner & designer, with locating a space for her specialty bakery and pastry bistro,Dessert Soiree. Liberty Town Centeris a popular location for resturaunteursas it is situated within a high residential population and is located within minutes fromthe Atlantic City Expressway and Routes 322 and 42.
Nick Liggio, Sales Associate, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor at Vantage RES, worked closely with Edwards, and also with Matthew Guzzo, owner of Liberty Town Center, to facilitate a smooth transaction for the bakery’s location.
