South Jersey Medical Center Retains Brokerage As Exclusive Leasing Broker for Building
Vantage Real Estate Services (Vantage RES) is pleased to announce that O’Donnell Orthopaedics has signed a long-term medical office lease at South Jersey Medical Center (SJMC), 1401 Route 70, Cherry Hill, NJ. SJMC is conveniently located in the heart of Cherry Hill, just minutes from I-295 and Route73. The professional building features a diverse roster of medical co-tenants, including Medi Weight Loss, Dr. Javad Bigdeli, DDS, and Eye Associates – Cherry Hill.
SJMC, owned by Pen Del Real Estate, recently completed significant upgrades to the building, including renovated common areas and digital directories. Due to Vantage RES’ success in leasing medical space,even in what has recently become a challenging environment given the current pandemic, ownership retained Vantage as the exclusive leasing broker. This is the third successful lease that Vantage secured at the building in just 12 months.

Dr. Kevin O’Donnell, owner at O’Donnell Orthopaedics, will be providing consultations, orthopaedic evaluations, x-ray imaging, and the treatment of orthopaedic conditions including pre-operative exams, pain management and post-operative rehabilitation in the 2,538 SF space within the building. The office is undergoing a renovation and will be open to treating patients in the fall of 2020.

About O’Donnell Orthopaedics: Dr. O’Donnell graduated from medical school at Rutgers – New Jersey Medical School. O’Donnell then completed his residency at the University of Miami where he received extensive training in joint replacement and reconstruction, as well as, advanced training in fracture care while working at the nationally recognized Ryder Trauma Center in Miami.Following residency, Dr. O’Donnell then returned to Philadelphia to complete a sports medicine fellowship at the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University where he received advanced training in minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee.While in fellowship he served as an assistant team physician to the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers, as well as Villanova and St. Joseph’s University.
