The brokerage represented the landlord, Westville Broadway Properties LLC, with the lease of salon space at 154 Broadway, conveniently located along a major thoroughfare in Westville and easily accessible from Routes 295 and 130.

Mike Gries, Sales Associates at Vantage RES, worked closely with Westville Broadway Properties LLC, the owner of the property, and Stephanie Eller, co-owner of Fade, to locate the property and secure a lease that fit the company’s very specific requirements.
