Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has announced the hiring of Kristin Rebeck as Vice President, Advisory Services. Formerly Vice President at The Tenant Agency, Ms. Rebeck brings more than 12 years of diversified commercial real estate experience, with a focus on sales and leasing, to the company.

In her new role, Ms. Rebeck will interact with tenants, landlords, investment groups and institutional owners of commercial real estate to provide guidance and timely solutions to their real estate requirements. She will primarily work as a tenant advisor for private companies and organizations interested in relocating to or expanding their real estate presence within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. Ms. Rebeck specializes in the commercial office, office/flex and industrial/warehouse product categories.

In addition to spending the past two years with The Tenant Agency, a regional-focused tenant only brokerage firm, Ms. Rebeck held positions with Cresa working on regional and global accounts before shifting to a tenant advisory role. She began her career in the sales and research department of CoStar Group. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida State University and a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
