Scents of Flowers and Gifts Set to Open in Smithville Square Shopping Center

The brokerage assisted shop owner & designer, Dawn Rasheed, with her new location for her flower and gift shop, Scents of Flowers and Gifts. Smithville Square Shopping Center is an ideal location as it is easily accessible from Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard.

Aran Ploshansky, Director of Operations, and Corinne Giletto, Senior Advisor at Vantage RES, worked closely with Rasheed, and also with Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square, to facilitate a smooth transaction for the new floral and gift shop.
