Terreno Realty (TRNO) announced its lease execution in New Jersey with a e-commerce firm for 211,000 sq.ft which was earlier leased by a wholesale drug distribution company.
The lease commenced on July 9, 2020 and will expire on July 31, 2020.
Terreno Realty acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets: Los Angeles, Northern NJ/NY city, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Miami, and Washington, D.C.
