Steven A. Hann, Esq. was the sole speaker at a recent national webinar entitled “COVID-19 and Municipal Wastewater Utilities.” During the webinar, Steve discussed various issues related to the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on water and wastewater facilities throughout the United States. Topics included an overview of facility operations during the Pandemic, specific drinking water and wastewater-related issues of interest, new wastewater surveillance case studies, and the Environmental Protection Agency’s recent policy addressing enforcement discretion during the Pandemic.

Steven A.
