Tax services firm relocating from Metropark to Park Avenue at Morris County complex, serving as the company’s New Jersey regional office
The New Jersey office of Avison Young is announcing the closing of a 4,256-square-foot lease for Global Tax Management, Inc. at 100 Campus Drive in Florham Park, part of the Park Avenue at Morris County office campus.
An Avison Young team lead by Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller and Principal William McCaffrey represented the property owner Liberty Properties, LLC in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Richard Baumstein, Executive Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc.
Global Tax Management, a tax services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is relocating their New Jersey regional office from Metropark to the new space at 100 Campus Drive in the Park Avenue at Morris County complex in Florham Park in Q3 2020.
