An independent developer acquired the 2-acre parcel from Swedesboro Corp. for an undisclosed sum. The residential developer has proposed a 3,500 SF single residential dwelling on the lot, part of Becketts Golf Course’s mixed-use sale of the 227-acre facility located in the heart of Gloucester County.
