CBRE retail specialist Joe AmecAngelo will oversee the targeted leasing campaign on behalf of The Salt Suite, an early entrant to the salt therapy movement offering expert consultants to create a memorable, stress-releasing experience. Mr. AmecAngelo will work closely with Salt Suite executives to find locations for new and existing franchisees across the country, with an initial focus on the East Coast and other markets to strategically grow the company’s brand.
Founded in 2010, The Salt Suite currently operates seven locations in Florida and New Jersey, with several morein construction/development. The company is currently targeting high-profile locations of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. adjacent to existing high-end fitness and healthcare retailers. Optimal sites include shopping malls and strip centers with high traffic and visibility and easy access to major roadways.
