Name Change Marks Full Integration of National Appraisal Management Services to Radian’s Suite of Real Estate Valuation Solutions

Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) today announced that its national appraisal management company has been renamed Radian Valuation Services. The subsidiary, formerly known as Independent Settlement Services (ISS), was acquired by Radian in 2018, and the name change is consistent with Radian’s strategy of uniting its subsidiaries under the One Radian brand.

For ISS customers, transactional processes will remain the same and while their contacts will not change, the email addresses of those contacts will change to reflect the new name. To ease the transition, all prior ISS email addresses will remain active and will forward to the appropriate contact. Going forward, all documentation including appraisal reports, order invoices and company communication will reflect the Radian name. Additionally, the ISS client relations email address has changed to ClientRelationsrvs@radian.com.
