Portfolio comprised of 12 single-story and multi-story buildings containing 530,000 square feet

Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has brokered three leases totaling approximately 16,000 square feet of space within WesTech and Meadows Business Parks in the Silver Spring section of Montgomery County. DSC Partners, the owner of the portfolio, selected Edge as the exclusive brokerage firm to lease the 12-building, 530,000 square foot commercial office and medical portfolio last fall. Kenneth Fellows, Regional Director at Edge and Robert Pugh, both Partners, Advisory Services for Edge, represented the landlord in these transactions and are overseeing the leasing requirement.

The portfolio consists of four single-story/flex office buildings on Bournefield Way which combine for approximately 180,000 square feet of space; two single-story flex office buildings on Plum Orchard Drive totaling 75,000 square feet of space; three single-story/flex office buildings offering 110,000 square feet of space on Broadbirch Drive and three mid-rise office buildings Meadows I, II and III which comprise nearly 170,000 square feet of commercial office space.

The leases were signed with Renoxx Caregivers, a licensed home and community-based provider that works with people living with disabilities; Cardiac Associates, a physicians group specializing in cardiovascular issues;and financial services firm White Flint Venture Group.

Offering immediate access to major commuting highways Interstates 95 and 495 and MD Route 29, the portfolio is positioned less than 15 miles from downtown Washington, D.C., 25 miles from Baltimore-Washington International Airport, 30 miles from Baltimore and approximately 35 miles from Annapolis. Each building is surrounded a free parking field and contained within a professionally-landscaped corporate campus with numerous business amenities including retail, sit-down and fast-casual restaurants and a full-service hotel located nearby.
