Morgan Law Celebrates Five Years Providing Corporate and Real Estate Legal Services to South Jersey

Morgan Law LLC is pleased to celebrate five (5) years providing legal services to businesses and individuals throughout the South Jersey community. Founded and led by Medford resident, Kenneth Morgan, Esquire, the boutique law firm concentrates in the areas of transactional real estate and business counseling. The firm works on behalf of borrowers, landlords and tenants who are acquiring, financing and leasing commercial real estate, as well as assists with residential real estate matters. In addition, Morgan Law LLC represents buyers and sellers of assets in diverse businesses and provides counsel on matters that include business formation, entity governance documents, succession planning, acquisitions and buyouts, opinion letters and commercial contracts.
