About Dorothy J. Kenney

Kenney devotes her practice exclusively to family and matrimonial law, representing both men and women in all aspects of family-related issues. She has experience handling and litigating a variety of matters including all aspects of divorce, unique complex custody issues, child support, alimony, property division, adoption, and domestic violence matters.

Prior to joining Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, Kenney served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni, United States District Magistrate Judge, District of New Jersey and also served as law clerk to the Honorable Ernest M. Caposela, Presiding Judge Family Part, Passaic County.

She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2012, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Montclair State University in 2009. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Family Law Section, the Morris County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Barry I. Croland Family Inn of Court. Kenney also serves as a Trustee for the Morris County Bar Association.

About Matthew S. Coleman

Coleman focuses his family/matrimonial practice on a wide variety of issues including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support and alimony, with a concentration on the area of family law’s impact and interaction with both LGBTQ individuals and same-sex couples.

Prior to joining Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, Coleman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, P.J.F.P – Presiding Judge for the Family Part court in Hudson County.

He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2009 and his B.A., with honors, from New York University in 2003, and has been recognized as “New Jersey Rising Star,” Super Lawyers, each year since 2016.

Coleman is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its LGBT Rights Section, as well as the District Ethics Committee V C – West Essex, the Morris County Bar Association, the Hudson County Bar Association, and the Justice Virginia Long Family Law American Inn of Court. In 2019, he was named as a four-year term appointee to the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee and has served as a Trustee of the LGBT Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
