DLA Piper is pleased to announce that the firm has received a 2019 Pro Bono Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association.
The association recognizes members of the legal community, law firms and legal organizations that exhibit exemplary pro bono service with its annual awards.
DLA Piper was honored for its extensive pro bono work, primarily in the area of immigration law, representing children who have fled violent and traumatic experiences in Central American countries. The firm received the award at the association's 2019 Pro Bono Awards Reception, held on October 24 at the New Jersey Law Center.
