Ownership Retains CBRE as Exclusive Leasing Agent for the 205,439 SF Property

Following its acquisition of 77 Corporate Drive in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Legacy Investing has retained CBRE as the exclusive leasing agency to market the remaining 87,692 sq. ft. of available office space at the Class A facility.

The CBRE team of Remy deVarenne and Sean Morley will oversee the targeted leasing campaign on behalf of ownership.
