BuiltUp Ventures, an investor in early-stage proptech companies, is presenting the most promising Israeli startups at MIPIM PropTech NYC on November 12-13, company executives announced.
The Tel Aviv- and New York-based venture capital firm has selected eight innovative companies to exhibit at the event, which will unite key real estate decision makers and technology companies. They are: Innovesta, SOLIDBLOCK, MyTower, MTtech, SkySaver, Swathly, Augmind and Xtate.
These companies are part of BuiltUp Ventures’ 360-degree solution that encompasses the most promising Israeli startups, providing real estate players with the pieces to complete every stage of the proptech puzzle.
Innovesta is an AI-based platform that provides investment information, planning tools and due diligence for existing buildings and new property developments. The platform allows investors to discover opportunities that fit their investment needs, values and risks by objectively ranking companies’ leadership team, quality, integrity and business agility.
SolidBlock utilizes real estate asset tokenization – the convergence of real estate investing and blockchain technology – to transform real estate into a tradable financial product. This gives investors the opportunity to buy shares in a property without owning the entire building.
MyTower is a full service, innovative online platform for property managers and building occupants. Services include a residents’ app, on-demand concierge services, and smart building solutions such as proactive and preventive maintenance, as well as facilities and personnel management.
MTtech creates interactive multimedia operating systems for homes and offices. The company’s flagship product Kisense is an innovative smart system that fully integrates with the home or office kitchen countertop.
In addition, Swathly is a business intelligence software for commercial real estate investments, Augmind provides augmented reality for real estate, Xtate features automated AI-based social media advertising for realtors, and SkySaver is an emergency evacuation solution for high-rise buildings.
BuiltUp Ventures is led by Oded Eliashiv, Managing Partner of sister company B-Seed, a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology firms; Eli Gross, Founder of parent company Besadno Group; Yishai Breslauer, CEO of SIDRE, a private equity real estate investment firm; and Amos Meron, who has invested in more than 20 startups.
“Utilizing our vast network, seasoned team of professionals and tested vetting process, BuiltUp Ventures adds strong value to our partner companies and positions them for Round A investment, negating the need for additional seed funding,” Eliashiv said.
Through B-Seed, the firm maximizes deal flow by offering access to the best Israel has to offer at the university, incubator and accelerator level. Drawing from the dedicated team’s success and precision execution in guiding B-Seed’s portfolio companies, they have a comprehensive understanding of target customer pains, delivering solutions that fit their real estate project needs.
B-Seed, SIDRE and BuiltUp Ventures are subsidiaries of Besadno Group, which invests in and supports growing technology and real estate companies.
