LearnUpon follows footsteps of other cutting-edge Philadelphia companies by relocating its headquarters from Market West to Market East
Market Street East welcomes its newest tenant, LearnUpon, to the Cast Iron Building located at 718-720 Arch St. Anthony LiVecchi, JLL vice president, and Peter Barnes, JLL associate, led the transaction.
Founded in Dublin, Ireland in 2012, LearnUpon delivers high-quality, scalable corporate learning experiences with its proprietary learning management system. Known for its unparalleled customer support, the company has quickly risen to the top in the crowded e-learning space. LearnUpon is a regular on the Deloitte Ireland Fast 50 rankings and was named Company of the Year by Technology Ireland in 2018. To keep up with growth and demand, LearnUpon has established itself across the globe with offices in Belgrade, Sydney and Philadelphia.
Previously located at 2000 Market Street, LearnUpon joins a number of tenants relocating their headquarters from Philadelphia’s Market West submarket to Market East including Macquarie Investment Management and discount retailer Five Below.
LearnUpon was drawn to the historic Cast Iron Building for its dramatic architecture and proximity to public transportation. Its new headquarters will occupy 7,500 square feet of the seven-floor, 139,000-square-foot office building. Owned by AMC Delancey, the Cast Iron Building was originally part of Philadelphia’s famed Lit Brothers complex.

LearnUpon joins other creative use tenants such as Pavone Marketing and Studio 6mm architects in the building.
