
Brock Cannon, Patrick Arnold and Stephen Schwalb Join from HFF
Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has announced the addition of leading national loan sales advisory professionals. Executive Managing Director Brock Cannon, Managing Director Patrick Arnold and Director Stephen Schwalb – three highly qualified industry specialists with 34 years of combined experience – will integrate with the company’s current loan sales advisory platform to elevate client service throughout the United States.

Cannon, Arnold and Schwalb are known as industry leaders with significant reputations within the real estate industry. They offer extensive experience with selling performing loans, non-performing loans and real estate owned (REO), with clients ranging from banks and life insurance companies to special servicers and debt funds.
Brock Cannon has 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries and is currently based in New York. With responsibilities including loan sales and portfolio sales throughout the United States, his experience also includes time with HFF in Chicago and Denver, along with time at CBRE in Houston. With eleven years of industry experience, Patrick Arnold’s varied experience has provided him with a keen understanding of all types of loan sale transactions. Based in Atlanta, his prior experience also includes JLL and Mission Capital Advisors. Stephen Schwalb is based in Dallas and brings 10 years of industry experience to the group.
