8,000-Square-Foot Lease Signed in Strawberry Mansion Neighborhood

Richard L. Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. concluded a 8,000 SF lease with Chicago-based Oak Street Health, a fast-growing network of primary care centers providing a new model of value-based care for adults on Medicare. They will occupy a junior anchor position at Strawberry Square Shopping Center. This Oak Street’s 10th location in Philadelphia.

Other tenants within the center include, Save-a-lot, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Rainbow, Dollar Plus, Hair Town, and Checker’s & KFC on pads. Only one vacancy - of 3,680 SF - remains.
