K-Mart in Somers Point Plaza Will Close its Doors by Year-End

The K-Mart location in Somers Point, New Jersey announced plans to close its doors by year-end. K-Mart occupies over 106,000 SF and holds an anchor tenant position at Somers Point Plaza, a regional power center located on New Road (Route 9) & Bethel Road in Somers Point, Atlantic County, NJ.

Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. handles leasing at Somers Point Plaza and is actively marketing the vacancy which will become available Q1 2020.
