Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate firm, announced today that Michael Attiani has joined the firm’s formidable Property Management team as managing director, where he will be responsible for the property management operations of the office portfolio for the Philadelphia region, with a special focus on business development.
With more than 30 years of experience, Attiani has managed more than 50 million square feet (sf) of commercial space (traditional office, medical office, educational, industrial and retail), leased more than one million sf as a landlord representative and at least one million sf as a tenant representative. Additionally, he has managed a due diligence department and has facilitated the sale or purchase of more than 20 million sf nationwide.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Attiani served as a group manager at JLL, where he not only managed a team of managers throughout the region, but also managed a Class-A high rise office building in Philadelphia’s central business district for an institutional client and worked with myriad consultants to develop the scope and specifications for a comprehensive restoration plan. He also served as the director of management services for Colliers International as well as vice president of asset management for DBSI Group of Companies.

Attiani received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Villanova University, and he subsequently earned his CPM and CCIM designations.
