Jeffrey L. Heller, Avison Young, Principal and Managing Director of New Jersey, announced that Lauren Mattia, an Associate in the firm’s Metropark office, was elected to represent the organization at the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Convention and Marketplace taking place September 25-27, 2019 in Orlando, FL.

The Avison Young corporate office sends three women each year to the influential event that brings together more than 1,200 commercial real estate leaders annually for deal making, busi-ness networking, industry education and leadership development. Avison Young invited inter-ested professionals to submit a proposal as to why they should be elected. Ms. Mattia was cho-senfrom the numerous applicants throughout the company.

Lauren joined Avison Young in 2018 as an Associate specializing in Capital Markets and Hospi-tality Brokerage. She is also a part of Avison Young’s “Emerging Leaders” program, a national mentoring program that creates a collaborative environment for selected young company pro-fessionals to share best practices and support one another in their growth and development.
