Today, a group of Philadelphia-based attorneys officially announce the formation of Rittenhouse Law, a new Center City based law firm located at 414 S. 16th Street, Suite 101, Philadelphia, PA 19146. The law firm specializes in real estate and financial services and is led by three seasoned, legal professionals which include attorneys Jeffrey Pustizzi, Catharine Sibel, Hunter Kintzing and paralegal Mary Warren.

Jeff is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate, real estate finance, and land use; including commercial leasing, acquisitions, sales, development and the representation of lenders, borrowers, landlords and commercial and office tenants. He has substantial experience structuring partnerships, JVs and historic tax credit transactions, along with numerous other corporate transactions. Prior to forming Rittenhouse Law, Jeffrey was an attorney with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young and Spruce Law Group, LLC. In addition to private practice, he is a co-founder, General Counsel and Partner of Alterra Property Group, an active real estate investment and development company. Catharine Sibel – Attorney
Kate Sibel is an experienced transactional attorney specializing in commercial real estate and financing transactions. She has represented developers, borrowers, lenders, and investors in commercial acquisition, financing, construction, leasing, sale and joint venture transactions. She has handled numerous complex financings and structured a variety of workout transactions. Prior to forming Rittenhouse Law, Kate was an attorney at Spruce Law Group, LLC, became a partner at Silverang, Donohoe, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC and worked as an attorney for the in-house legal group at O’Neill Properties Group, L.P. Hunter S. Kintzing Esq.– Attorney
Hunter is a seasoned transactional attorney specializing in commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions. Prior to joining Rittenhouse Law, Hunter was an attorney with Spruce Law Group, LLC and Duane Morris, and also served as in-house counsel for Susquehanna Bank. Mary Warren – Paralegal
