
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers International’s Mount Laurel office were the sole brokers in the sale of 6910-6930 Central Highway, which is a 58,000-square-foot warehouse, to 6910-30 Central Highway, LLC for the sale price of $3,683,000.
The buyer, Heat Makes Sense Inc., is a fast-growing hair care and tool manufacturer featured in Birchbox and at Sephora, Target and Urban Outfitters. This was the second local building the Colliers team has sold to Heat Makes Sense in as many years.
With this transaction, Colliers continues its successful track record of sales in Pennsauken, and particularly in Airport Industrial Park, making it the 36th building the duo has sold in the industrial park.
