As of today, VERY Real Estate founder Elizabeth Convery and her ten-person team will be powered by Compass’ proprietary tech platforms, marketing tools and industry-leading software.
Founded in 2013, VERY Real Estate has been a staple in Old City, with an emphasis on buy-side advisory. Led by Principal Broker and VERY Real Estate Founder Elizabeth Convery, this team is committed to providing their clients with the best possible experience for the largest purchase of their lives.
Convery created VERY Real Estate to fill a need in the Philadelphia market, a city that has been home to her family for four generations. Dominated by large, franchised real estate firms, Convery’s goal was to build a business that focused on quality of transactions, not quantity of transactions. The independent platform has allowed her team to be nimble enough to deliver the best possible personalized service for their clients in a timely and efficient manner. Convery and her VERY Real Estate team joined Compass because she saw the similarity between her values and the core values that Compass holds true.
