David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. recently concluded the lease of 48,776 SF at the Echelon Village Plaza in Voorhees, NJ. The new tenant, The Edge Fitness Clubs, will occupy the anchor position and join surrounding national retailers including Target, ACME, Ross, Panera Bread, Panda Express, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A and numerous others.
Dunkelman represented the Landlord, Site Centers. Edge Fitness was represented by Scott Benson & Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial.
Echelon Village Plaza is a 90,000 SF shopping center located just off the intersection of Haddonfield-Berlin Road & White Horse Road and is situated in close proximity to a number of activity generators including several national tenants, the Voorhees Corporate Park (CHOP, Jefferson Hospital, Flyers Skate Zone, AAA Corporate Office and others), and several schools that serve the Voorhees, Cherry Hill East, Stratford, and Lindenwold neighborhoods.
The big-box gym concept has become a common attraction in local neighborhood retail strip centers. Consumer demand for convenience, accessibility and quality services - at an economical price point – continues to feed this trend.
Junior anchor space as well as pad site with drive thru are available.
