In this feature, she provides a comprehensive overview of the various issues surrounding the division of assets and property in cases of divorce. Written as an easy-to-follow Q&A, the article addresses the most frequently asked questions posed by divorce clients. “Who gets the jewels?” and “Can I get half of my spouse’s bonus?” are just two of the more than 20 questions Ms. Altieri answers on the subject to provide guidance to people who are or may be divorcing.

Michelle Altieri concentrates her practice in divorce and family law and has focused in this area for nearly twenty years.
