Charny Karpousis Altieri & Donoian, P.A. partner Michelle Altieri has published an article entitled “Who Gets What” in the Summer 2019 issue of the American Bar Association (ABA) Family Advocate. In this feature, she provides a comprehensive overview of the various issues surrounding the division of assets and property in cases of divorce. Written as an easy-to-follow Q&A, the article addresses the most frequently asked questions posed by divorce clients. “Who gets the jewels?” and “Can I get half of my spouse’s bonus?” are just two of the more than 20 questions Ms. Altieri answers on the subject to provide guidance to people who are or may be divorcing.

Family Advocate is published by the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association and a source for family law-related issues, procedures, state trends and federal mandates. The quarterly publication reaches more than 8,000 members of the ABA Family Law Section worldwide and provides relevant content within the area of marital and family law.

Michelle Altieri concentrates her practice in divorce and family law and has focused in this area for nearly twenty years.
