EDGE Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate services firm that operates four offices throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Pennsylvania, has announced the hiring of Heather Grant as Property Manager. She was previously a Property Manager for Kenwood Management Company.
In her new position, Ms. Grant will handle the day-to-day management of commercial office, warehouse/industrial and retail properties throughout the Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia region. This includes interfacing with property management professionals and vendors and property owners to insure the long-term value of each asset. Ms. Grant will take a proactive approach to asset management and continually provide high-quality environments for every tenant and their employees.

Ms. Grant brings more than seven years of property management experience to EDGE. She has also held management level positions with CNL Financial Group, Hy-Tech Property Services and HSU Development. Ms. Grant earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Cazenovia College.
