South Jersey Medical Center (SJMC) is a 33,416 square foot, multi-level office building prominently located on Route 70 East in Cherry Hill, minutes away from I-295. SJMC, which in recent years did not have any new tenants, has been recently acquired by Pen Del Real Estate and will soon be undergoing major renovations and cosmetic improvements. New ownership’s commitment to the property is already paying dividends as Medi-Weightloss will be the first new tenant at the center in over four years.
Under the new ownership, Vantage Real Estate Services has been hired as the exclusive listing broker for South Jersey Medical Center, and Aran P. Ploshansky of Vantage RES negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord.
