RIPCO Real Estate’s Deborah Stone and Curtis Nassau Represent Ownership in DIY Boutique’s 2,025-Square-Foot Lease; Will Join Anchor Tenant McCaffrey’s Food Markets and Wine and Spirits

RIPCO Real Estate (RIPCO) today announced that AR Workshop has opened its doors after signing a 2,025-square-foot lease at Southfield Commons Shopping Center (Southfield Commons) located at 295-335 Princeton-Hightstown in West Windsor Township. RIPCO’s Deborah Stone and Curtis Nassau represented ownership in the lease and also serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property, which counts McCaffrey’s Food Markets and Wine and Spirits as its anchor tenant.

“Consumers today are yearning for more than a ‘transactional’ shopping experience, so AR Workshop will provide ‘DYIers’ of all ages with a charming location to design customized home décor items and also purchase already-designed unique décor,” said Ms. Stone. “Despite signing the lease only two months ago and opening its doors on July 13, classes and events have already been scheduled by pharmaceutical companies and schools in the area.”

Created by Maureen Anders and Andria Ruff, the designers behind the design company Anders Ruff, AR Workshop has grown to over 100 franchise locations in a little over two years. The store offers a wide variety of hands-on wood-crafting activities and for-purchase home décor items the founders use in their styling jobs and photoshoots for magazines and celebrities.

“AR Workshop joins an already diverse roster of retailers that call Southfield Commons home. The center, serving more than 45,000 people within a three-mile radius, also captures a strong daytime population as more than 17,000 people work in the area,” said Mr. Nassau. “These factors, coupled with the strong desire for experiential retail, led RIPCO, ownership and AR Workshop to believe that this specialty concept will perform very well at Southfield Commons.”

At Southfield Commons, two retail spaces available for rent – more info is available upon request.
