EDGE Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate services firm that operates four offices throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Pennsylvania, has announced the addition of a new executive position to manage its growth. Jared Emery will be filling the new position as Director of Strategy. Mr. Emery, who joined the firm last year, has played a key role in the growth of EDGE.

In this new executive position, Mr. Emery will oversee branding, marketing, and new business development concepts and execution. This initiative will be to fortify the relevance of the EDGE brand, as well as to elevate client service delivery. His mission includes the management of corporate growth, marketing, branding, digital strategy, data-driven strategic planning and building the corporate research infrastructure.

Mr. Emery brings more than nine years of progressive real estate experience with a diverse background in research, marketing, design and advisory services to this position. He has held management, analyst and research positions with Savills Studley, Cushman & Wakefield, Greysteel, and CoStar Group.
