National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full service title insurance and settlement company for commercial and residential real estate, announces the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 1 Holtec Drive in Marlton, New Jersey. Convenience was key to selecting the new site and the fully renovated 5,100 square foot office will provide the space needed for future growth. This move represents a new chapter in the company’s 25+ year history and continued client-centric commitment with the launch of its Closing Café, a high-tech shared work environment and meeting venue for realtors, lenders, attorneys and other professionals.
Set in the front 2,500 square foot area of NITA’s suite, Closing Café is a combination of open work space and glass enclosed conference rooms. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, digital chargers and other remote office amenities plus complimentary hot and cold beverages, fruit and hometown favorite comfort foods, such as a selection from Tastykake®. The café is also available for meetings and seminars with a capacity to host 20-25 people for programs ranging from tips for first-time homebuyers to social media marketing for realtors. There are monitors, cable TV and even an arcade machine with former top games like PAC-MAN, Donkey Kong and more.
“Closing Café is our answer to coffee house meetings and one in which clients can work remotely and meet with homeowners in a professional, comfortable setting,” says George E. Duffield Sr., chief executive officer and co-owner of National Integrity Title Agency. “In short, it’s a remote home base without the mad rush of a restaurant or the distractions in an office. Our realtor clients and other professionals in the real estate industry have been clamoring for somewhere they can go and get work done. Closing Café is just that place.”
NITA, which was taken over by its current owners in 2015, is focused on revolutionizing the title industry in this area and Closing Café is the most recent piece. Since taking the reins, co-owners Fran Turchi and George Duffield Sr. have launched various initiatives to streamline the buyer settlement process. One such example is the investment in custom backend software that will allow for e-closings and remote settlements, offering clients and homebuyers real-time updates via text at every stage of the transaction.
“The new office is a reflection of how we make clients feel at home,” chief operating office and co-owner Fran Turchi added. “Yes, moves are a great deal of work but our entire staff was up for the challenge. They helped ensure the agency was operational with little disruption and the process was seamless for clients and homebuyers.” She went on to say, “Our new office is exactly as we had hoped and creates a comfortable professional environment for our clients.”
