Deacom, the Chesterbrook-based enterprise resource planning software company, is setting its sights abroad. The company is planning to open an office in Frankfurt, Germany.

President and CEO Jay Deakins said it feels like a natural next step to have Frankfurt-based employees focused on sales, support and implementation, in order to grow Deacom’s customer base and support existing customers who intend to internationalize their efforts.

The team is looking to open the office at the start of 2020. It will initially have about 15 employees, with plans to grow to about 40 within 18 months, Deakins told Technical.ly Philly.
