Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) announces that the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) has extended and expanded its lease at 4301 Connecticut Avenue, NW in Washington, DC to 10,990 sqaure feet. IEL prepares leaders to eliminate systemic barriers to success in education and workforce development.
Executive Managing Director Brett Diamond and Associate Director Marianne Wilson of Newmark Knight Frank facilitated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
