Steven A. Hann, Esq., Principal at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, and the East Region Solicitor for the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA), recently spoke at the HalfMoon Education, Inc’s. Engineering Law and Ethics Seminar in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hann’s presentation was entitled “Developments in Federal and Pennsylvania Environmental Law.” During his presentation, Mr. Hann discussed recent Federal and State government and regulatory policy initiatives, including those involving water quality and stormwater.

Mr. Hann focuses his practice on environmental and municipal law and chairs Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin’s Environmental Law Department. In addition to his statewide environmental law practice, Mr. Hann has a substantial municipal law practice, where he represents and advises municipalities and municipal authorities throughout Pennsylvania on a wide variety of issues. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Steven received his undergraduate degree in Meteorology from Penn State University.
