Brokerage Represents Both Landlord and Tenant in Yet Another Multi-Year Retail Deal

Vantage RES is pleased to announce that a branch of the US Army Corps of Engineers signed a long-term lease of 2,500 SF of retail space in Marlton, NJ in the Plaza 73 Shops, to be used as a Marine Corp Recruiting Office. The recruiting office is located at 140-150 Route 73 North in Marlton also known as Plaza 73, conveniently located in the business and retail hub of Marlton, and is within close proximity to Route 70, I-295, the NJ Turnpike. Over 48,875 vehicles pass by this location daily.

Monica Walsh, Executive Vice President of Vantage RES, represented both the tenant, US Army Corp of Engineers, and the landlord, RPC Real Estate, in this transaction. Walsh worked tirelessly with Alisa M. Pittman, Supervisory Realty Specialist of the Metro NY and NJ Team Acquisition Branch of the US Army Corps of Engineers NYD, to locate and secure a location that fulfilled the Corps’ very specific requirements, including layout, accessibility and location.
