Caitlin A. Polly has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office. A member of the Professional Liability Department, Ms. Polly focuses her practice on first-party insurance coverage, defending insurance carriers in a wide range of first-party property matters. She also assists insurers with disputes pertaining to coverage and bad faith matters.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ms. Polly worked at another Jacksonville firm where she handled first party property claims, breach of contract, and bad faith matters.

Active in the legal community, she is a member of several organizations including the American Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the E. Robert Williams Inn of Court. Locally, she is also involved with the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, the St. Johns County Bar Association, and the St. Johns Association of Women Lawyers.

After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Florida State University, Ms. Polly received her juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. While attending Florida Coastal, she received multiple honors including a Merit Scholarship, the Martha Sonnenschein Memorial Scholarship, and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She also held many leadership roles, including both Managing Editor and Staff Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review, Advocate for the Mock Trial team, Vice Director for the Student Ambassador program, and a legislator for the Student Bar Association.

Ms. Polly is admitted to practice law in Florida.
