Brokerage Represents Both Landlord and Tenant in Multi-Year Deal

Vantage RES is pleased to announce that 168 Tattoo signed a long-term lease of a 3,700 SF freestanding retail building. 168 Tattoo’s new facility is located at 7017 Route 38 in Pennsauken, conveniently located just minutes from Philadelphia and is accessible from both Route 38 and Route 70. Over 58,000 vehicles per day pass by this location.

Monica Walsh, Executive Vice President of Vantage RES, represented both the tenant, 168 Tattoo, and the landlord, Allen L. Gilber, LLC, in this transaction. Walsh worked tirelessly to locate and secure a location that accommodates 168 Tattoo’s rapid growth, completing the transaction within 60 days. Walsh, alone, has closed 7 retail leases in the last 30 days.

168 Tattoo, owned and operated by Leah and Rick Fichter, is an upscale custom tattoo studio, specializing in black & grey, portraits, freehand, lettering, new school, color realism and traditional styles. “I am absolutely in love with the new shop! It’s perfect in so many ways. I will be so proud once the doors open. This building needed us and we needed it. From the bottom of my heart you (Monica) have a special place in it, you have been amazing”, said Leah Fichter.

The Fichters and their shop give back to their community via charitable work. They participate in events and fundraisers for the Camden County Animal Shelter, Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center and NJ Aid for Animals.
