Colliers International in Philadelphia is pleased to announce Jason Fox has joined the Colliers’ regional retail team. His will focus his talents on Tenant and Landlord representation in grocery-anchored shopping centers both nationally and locally.

Jason brings 11 years of retail experience to Colliers, most recently serving as Vice President of National Retail Accounts based in Manhattan for Brixmor Property Group, one of the largest shopping center owners in the United States. In this capacity he cultivated strong relationships at the C-Suite level with large national and regional tenants like Lidl, Sprout’s, Shoprite, TD Bank, Five Below, Hobby Lobby and Verizon, managing all aspects of their leasing activity throughout Brixmor’s 450+ shopping center portfolio nationwide. Prior to that, Jason was at the helm of Brixmor’s multi-million square foot portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is a native of Southern New Jersey.
